About Chef Christy…
Hi, I’m Christy — a classically trained chef with over 15 years of professional cooking experience, based in Evanston, Illinois. I’ve spent my career working in some of Chicago’s most dynamic kitchens, where I fell in love with the art of seasonal cooking, slow baking, and creating food that brings people together.
I now offer personal chef services and small-batch cottage bakery goods made right from my cozy home kitchen. Whether I’m prepping a weekday meal for your family or baking a loaf of sourdough with wildflower honey, my food is always made with intention, warmth, and a whole lot of love.
When I’m not cooking, you’ll find me in the garden, crafting something with my hands, or spending time with my husband and our three pets — Digby the dog, and our two cats, Moose and Bunny.
